The general terms and conditions of the online store artyparty.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (ZVOP-1) and the Law on Electronic Communications (ZEKom-1)
We advise you to carefully read the Terms of Business below before using the online store page. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase (delivery of the online order). At the time of the awarding of the order, the User is warned about the general conditions of business every time and confirms his acquaintance with the award of the contract.
Artyparty.si is an online store, managed by the Vasja Stojanovski Design company Sop. – hereinafter abbreviated: Vasja Stojanovski S.p., e-business service provider, hereinafter referred to as the tenderer.
The general terms and conditions of business deal with the operation of artyparty.si, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

(hereinafter referred to as “Vasja Stojanovski” or “the personal data manager”), we appreciate your privacy, and therefore we strive for the highest level of protection of your personal information. Prices and delivery times
All prices in the artyparty.si online store are listed in EUR and do not include value added tax (VAT). The prices quoted at the time of the order are valid.
Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider has enabled the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

Delivery time
Delivery deadlines published for individual products are foreseen according to logistic data and data on inventories from our warehouse or warehouse of our suppliers. Delivery times apply at the time of the contract award.
Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may happen that the data on the delivery period is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the delivery period changes during the processing of the order, the provider has enabled the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

Payment can be made with cash at the time of takeover.
After submitting an online order, where you marked your personal delivery as a delivery / pick-up method, we will prepare the goods for your orders within the agreed delivery period at the above-mentioned delivery points. As soon as the products are ready, we will notify you by e-mail, SMS message, or by calling your phone number.
Delivery of goods
The bidder must deliver the goods or services in the promised time, for which he can choose his own funds or any distribution service.
Cost of delivery
The shipping cost is indicated when the customer selects the product and puts it in the basket. The amount of delivery can be found at https://artyparty.si/cart/
If you order two or more products with different shipping costs, the cost of the item with the highest shipping cost is taken into account to calculate the total shipping cost. (Example: the first product has a delivery cost of 2eur, the other 4eur and the third one 5eur … the total cost of delivery for all three products is 5eur)
The delivery cost is uniform for the whole of Slovenia.
Delivery time
Delivery is done between the week before 16.00 and Saturday in the morning to 12.00 hours (delivered by Pošta Slovenije) to the address you enter when ordering.
If you choose a cash payment at the time of purchase when choosing a payment method, please make sure that the recipient of the item has enough cash to pay for the ransom.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office of the Post Office will leave a message on the basis of which you will agree to resubmit or take over to the nearest post office.
As additional paid services (+ 1eur / service), you can also order delivery by 10 am in the morning or delivery after 4 pm in the afternoon.
Delivery after 16:00 is not enabled for all mail, in the online shopping cart, when you enter such postal service number, it is automatically disabled. Also, delivery is not possible after 4pm for products weighing more than 50kg!
Delivery speed
How fast the goods will be ordered from you depends on a number of factors. If the ordered goods are in stock in our warehouse and the order is delivered by 2 pm, the goods will be shipped from our site the same day. If you do not have one of our ordered items in stock, your shipment will be dispatched on the same day as the items are received in stock. Our salesmen will inform you via mail or by telephone of the stock status and the expected delivery time and delivery time. The delivery is done by the delivery service, usually the next working day from the day of dispatch, but no later than within three working days.
